Mr. Bhavanishanker Chitoor
Co-Founder, CEO and Managing DirectorBhavanishanker Chitoor is the Co-founder and CEO of Posidex Technologies. Apart from concept inception to product delivery, he is guiding direct sales, forging partnerships with leading system integrators and developing OEM partnerships with other technology companies. He is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationship and under his guidance, Posidex has achieved major marquee customers in India and is expanding to international branches in US and UK. Posidex won various accolades and was a finalist for NASSCOM Innovation Award 2009 for market facing innovation and the solution developed by Posidex for the Income Tax Department won the Prime Ministers award for the department in 2010. He has around 20 years of Industrial experience in domains of finance, research and Information Technology. Prior to founding of Posidex, he specialized in architecting various products based on web and client server technologies for startups as well as midsized companies. Previously he worked for one of the leading housing finance company in India as well as served as Senior Research Fellow in engineering in Osmania University. He was one of the 30 recipients of the fellowship at the national level and holds Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from BITS, Pilani.
Mr. Venugopal Gouravelli
Co-Founder and DirectorBased in USA. Venu has around 20 years of experience in Information Technology and led teams for Fortune 500 companies as well as start ups. He has worked in developing several enterprise software and web applications using wide variety of technologies. Previously Venu served as Senior Engineer for Advanced Data Exchange in building their B2B EDI platform. Served in various consulting roles for Inteliant systems, IBM Global consulting in building highly scalable enterprise applications. He holds Master of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Warangal having graduated in 1992.
Mr. Venkat Reddy
Co-Founder and CTOBased in India. Venkat Reddy is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of the company. A brilliant mathematician, he has pioneered the invention of the product which uses very complex mathematical equations based on discrete mathematics and set theory. He has played a key role in developing the logic behind the product. He has around 20 years of experience in leading projects for both private and government sector. He holds Master of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Warangal having graduated in 1992.
