Sports Week & Diwali Dhamaka @ Posidex

Round the year, festivals are celebrated to mark the importance of them in our culture by inducing fun ways to connect with colleagues & to increase team bonding.

Diwali, the festival of lights was celebrated by POSIDEX employees. The FESTIVAL that celebrates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness had seen BESTIVAL participation from employees in competitions like: Best Dressed Male & Female / Bay decorations & many fun filled activities. The office area being transformed into a Mini Incredible India resplendent with various sights & the boisterity with each business unit depicting a unique culture of India.

To make any sporting event a grand success, it is imperative to have like-minded teams come on board and participate. It is always POSIDEX's endeavour to spur its employees and participants to push and go beyond their limits, in the pursuit of excellence, irrespective of the area of work.

Employees had “FUNTASTIC week” participating and winning in competitions like Chess, Carroms & Table Tennis.

Mr. Venkat, the Founder & CEO, took the opportunity in wishing each and every employee a happy & prosperous Diwali and pointed out that such fun events will only imbibe positive feelings amongst employees and energize them to perform in all areas.

Mr. Bhavani, the Founder / Director Strategy & Business Development also wished all the employees a happy Diwali & mentioned that such events act as ways of recharging the team from stress.

Philip, the Chief People Officer mentioned that the initiatives launched & the activities conducted by the “FUN COMMITTEE” Team have aided a great deal in achieving several employee related goals. Be it promoting employee motivation, strengthening team bonding for increased productivity or facilitating change in smooth manner.

The future would see few more key initiatives being rolled out to achieve the objective of successfully partnering with the business to ensure profitability & growth.
